NPS Surveys are a measure of how likely your customer is to recommend your business or product to a family member or friend based on the overall sentiment they carry about you. This customer sentiment is driven by many things, not just the last interaction they had with your support rep.

Transactional Surveys are a measure of customer satisfaction at that moment in which your support rep helped them. We rate this with a simple emoji scale.

Both surveys are powerful and are a key leading indicator (KLI) of how happy your customers are at any given moment. They serve as a powerful tool to help coach and reward your customer team as well.
