Our Slack integration is an important part of the value proposition for Rating Fish. We’ve built it in a way that’s super flexible and super valuable.
After connecting to your Slack channel you can pick a public channel to post all of your surveys to as they come in. This could be a great place for your entire customer support team to have access to so that you all celebrate the outstanding survey results.
From here you can now select certain individuals on your team or other channels to post the amazing and the terrible reviews to.
After selecting the survey type and it’s channel destination, you will begin to see survey results like below in your Slack channels:
Dashboard Analytics will take you too your Rating Fish dashboard and See Conversation will take you to the exact conversation within your Crisp account for further review.
